This award recognizes emergency management professionals who have worked to advance KEMA’s mission and forge partnerships that seek to advance the emergency management profession.  The Spirit of KEMA Award was established by the KEMA Board of Directors in 2011 to recognize KEMA members who have worked tirelessly to advance KEMA as an organization, advocate on KEMA’s behalf, and forge partnerships that seek to advance the Emergency Management profession.
